Hexagonal Head Self Drilling Screws are designed to drill, tap and fasten in a single operation, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes in thin sheets, metal and heavier gauge materials. Their self-drilling point creates the required hole while forming close mating threads, providing a strong and reliable fastening system.

These screws are fitted with a hexagonal head and metal-bonded EPDM washer, providing secure tightening along with an effective sealing surface. Manufactured as per DIN 7504K, they are particularly suitable for roofing, cladding and steel-frame applications. Their design helps reduce labour, installation time and the requirement for separate drilling and tapping tools.
